Please PRINT, COMPLETE and MAIL the registration form with your payment.
$50 deposit and materials fee(s) are due upon registration for each semester. Remaining payments will be automatically deducted from your credit card account on the 1st of each month until the end of the semester, unless 30 days advanced notice and a student withdrawal form is processed. Siblings registering for the same semester receive a 10% discount off the lesser tuition. Material fees for siblings will be adjusted if siblings are registered for the same class.
Refund Policy
100% refund less a $25.00 processing fee if your request to withdraw is received a minimum of 5 business days prior to the first class.
Pro-rated refund on tuition ONLY (less materials) with a student withdrawal form and 30 days advanced notice.
There is a $25 fee in the event that the bank does not honor your check due to non-sufficient funds.
